Katie was highly recommended to me by my son to help sell my house. When I first met Katie I liked her. She's a very personable and likable young lady. While I was trying to sell and buy in a different state, there were a few bumps along the way but Katie assured me we would get this done and she did. From the very beginning, to the end, and even beyond the sell, Katie went far above what was expected of her. She's my superstar. I wouldn't want any other real estate agent.

Katie is the most trustworthy and honest realtor I have met. We had a long journey with limited options for what I was looking for but she was patient as the months went on, never trying to convince me a house was better than I felt it was, always on top of things right to the very end and eventually securing me the absolute perfect home that checked every box.

This closing was the easiest I have experienced, which was entirely due to her hard work. I had no idea closing could be so stress free. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5 stars just doesn't cut it!!
I listed and sold my house with Katie Calvert this summer and cannot speak highly enough about my experience working with her. From start to finish, she handled everything so thoroughly and professionally... I literally cannot imagine how daunting the process would have been without her guidance along the way. She continuously went above and beyond to make sure everything was as seamless as possible. I'll be looking to buy a new property this spring and am looking forward to getting to work with her again. I'd highly encourage anyone looking to buy or sell to work with Katie!! She's amazing!
